TransBiodiesel is seeking business partners for commercialization of its technology, the ability to produce biocatalysts and the know-how and technology for applying these biocatalysts in the production of biodiesel. There are three major types of such potential partners. Producers of biodiesel are the primary choice. Typically TransBiodiesel will sell the licence to use the technology, assist in constructing or modifying partner production plants and consequently offer biocatalysts. To commercialize its technology TransBiodiesel can partner with engineering companies involved in the construction and maintenance of biodiesel production plants. Eventually, a variety of joint venture activity models can be considered.
